This project is designed for sellers and potential buyers of immovable property in the USA. For users’ convenience there are various types of search and demonstration of offers on immovable property market and helpful services for communication concerning problems of buying/selling.
Business objectives:
The objective of this website is creation of an online space for placing advertisements about selling/renting apartments and premises, and also providing access to services for communication between sellers and potential buyers.
The concept of the website solution for business objectives achievement:
The developed system contains a large amount of various modules and services intended for facilitating the access to the data. Among them there is:
A block where all the offers are structured by categories, service allowing the owners of apartments to give potential buyers descriptions of the property, to show the location by means of the map, place a photo or a video to organize an excursion around the premises for sale.
There is also a specific feature search realized among the apartments offered allowing filtering by results and a service allowing exchanging messages, making appointment for personal examination.
For letting the customers know up-to-date information, there are Informers where recently published offers are shown as video-galleries. Besides, every user can form a play-list based on the video of the apartments on the website that users liked. Besides, there is a block with archives of the website.
